Mr O P Rana
Mr O. P. Rana is a Chief Operating Officer of Sha-Shib Group. He has been in the industry since 1991 holding various posts in Engineering and Quality Departments under numerous regulatory authorities of the world like the Directorate General of Civil Aviation-Govt. of India, European Union Aviation Safety Agency, General Civil Aviation Authority-UAE, etc. He served in DGCA, Govt. of India as Airworthiness Officer. He holds Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Licence in BOEING 737- 700/800/900, EMBRAER EMB 135, EMBRAER EMB 500, BEECH 200 series.
Mr Debashish Mohanthy
Mr. Debashish Mohanthy has been a member of the Executive Board and General Manager of Sha-Shib Group since 2008. With total 35 years of Aviation Experience he served many reputed Aviation engineering service providers. Over the years, he is performing the role of Accountable Manager of a reputed venture of Sha-Shib Group. He has Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Licence in Cessna 172R series, Cessna 152 Series, P-68C series, Thorp T2-11 aircrafts issued by DGCA, Govt. of India.
Mr Sh Sudipta Dutta
Mr. Sudipta Dutta is the head of training under Sha-Shib Group nationally and internationally. He joined DGCA, Govt. of India in the year 1986 and served in different positions for 35 years and retired as Joint Director General in the year 2020. While in the DGCA he looked after airworthiness aspects of all civil registered aircrafts, MRO approval activities AME training institutes activities, audits, surveillance, enforcement and training activities.
Mr Raj Kanwar
He is the Head of Quality Departments of Sha-Shib Group Nationally and Internationally. He is Ex. DGCA official of Govt. of India, served with Dy. DAW (Directorate of Airworthiness) and Airworthiness Inspector for a period of 27 Years and 9 Months; he also served as Director of Air Transport for 1 year and 10 months before retirement. During that period he held many certifications like Airline Operational Requirements & Procedures Module, ATR42-300 Electric/ Avionics Theoretical Course, 787 Avionics/Airframe/ Power/Plant/ Electrical Line & Base Maintenance Course, Advances SMS Training For Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) Personnel, Advance Airworthiness Inspector Training Course etc.
Mr T K V Sagar
Mr. T. K. V. Sagar has 29+ years of experience in the aviation industry. During this tenure he served in the DGCA –Civil Aviation Regulatory body of Govt. of India as an Aeronautical Officer (Consultant). He also served many DGCA approved CAR-145 CAR147 (Basic) organizations as a Course Director, Sr. Instructor, Chief Instructor, Accountable Manager. Currently, he is the Accountable Manager for HAE-Pune, IAE-Mumbai, units Under Sha-Shib Group. He holds many certifications required for CAR-147 and CAR-145 organizations.
Mr Pankaj Jha
Mr Pankaj Jha has 27+ years of experience in the industry. During this tenure, he served in various organizations including DGCA, Govt. of India-approved CAR-145, CAR-147 (Basic) organizations viz. IAE-Bhopal, IASPL, SFA-Guna, as an Administrative Officer, Director, and Accountable Manager. He is the Accountable Manager for AAE-147 (Basic) AND SAA-147 (Basic) units Under the Sha-Shib Group.
Mr Ashok Singh
Mr Ashok Singh has 25+ years of experience in the industry. During his tenure, he served in various reputed organizations including DGCA-approved CAR-147 (Basic), CAR-145, CAR-M and CAR-Sec 7 FTO organizations viz. SAE, SFA, SCT-Bhopal, IAE, as an Administrative Officer, Director Admin, Accountable Manager etc. He is the Accountable Manager for IAE, IASPL and SAE units under the Sha-Shib Group. He holds many certifications issued by DGCA, Govt. of India required for DGCA-approved organizations.
Mr Anupam Singh
Mr Anupam Singh has 11+ years of experience in the industry. During this tenure, he served various organizations including DGCA, Govt. of India-approved CAR-145 CAR-147 (Basic) organizations viz. SFA-Guna, IASPL-Bhopal, HAE-Pune, IAE-Mumbai, SSG and GV Group with its associated companies etc. as an Aircraft Technician, Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Instructor, Quality Manager, Accountable Manager, Public Relation Officer, etc. He is the Accountable Manager, Quality Manager and PRO for ARDC-145, ARDC-147 (Basic), and ARDC-CAR-M units Under the Sha-Shib Group.
Mr Abdul Naim Raza
Mr Abdul Naim Raza works as a Chief Engineer for International Aircraft Sales Pvt. Ltd., where he regularly practices his engineering skills. He holds Aircraft Maintenance Engineer’s License in B1.2 category on Cessna 172 & Cessna 152 aircraft fitted with Lycoming engine, issued by Director General Civil aviation (DGCA), Govt. of India. He also holds ASNT level II approval on MPI, FPI & Eddy current testing issued by DGCA. He has extensive experience of 31 years working in various DGCA-approved Flying Training Organizations, CAR- 145 MROs, and CAR -147 Institutions.
Mr Ramesh Chandra Verma
Mr R. C. Verma has a total of 51+ Years of experience in the Aviation Industry. During that period, he worked as Inspector in Quality Department, Senior Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, Chief Instructor, Dy. Quality Manager, Quality Manager, Chief Engineer in various organizations viz. Madhya Pradesh Flying Club, HAL, Joined the Directorate of State Civil Aviation. and currently works as a senior Certified Aircraft Maintenance Engineer for Sha-Shib groups’ MRO. He holds AME Licence under B1 for aircraft like Pushpak MK-I, Piper Cub J3C, Piper Super Cruiser PA-I2, Cessna FA-152, Cessna 172R, Beech Baron B-55 and G-58 etc.
Mr Chandrabhanu Mohanthy
Mr Chandrabhanu Mohanthy has 45+ years of experience in the field of Aviation Industry. During this tenure, he served the Indian Air force, Aviation Research Center, and DGCA-approved organizations viz. Indian Air Force, Aviation Research Center, Aerospace Research and Development Centre, Utkal Aerospace and Engineering etc. as an Aircraft Engineer, Pilot Instructor, and Certifying Aircraft Engineer AME Instructor etc. currently he is working as a Workshop Maintenance Engineer for Sha-Shib Group at Utkal Aerospace and Engineering He has extensive experience on aircraft viz. AN-12, C-90, B200 Learjet, Astra SPX/G-100 and various other aircraft systems and its component.
Mr Abhishek Singh
Mr Abhishek Singh is having 15+ years of experience in the aviation industry. He served many DGCA-approved CAR-145 organizations. He started to work with Sha-Shib in 2010. Under Sha-Shib he worked in various departments like Quality Department, CAMO Department, Maintenance Department etc., as a Quality Manager, Continuing Airworthiness Manager, Aircraft Maintenance Engineer and as of now, he is Aircraft Maintenance Manager. He also holds AME Licence for certification in Cessna/REIMS-Cessna 172/F172 Series.
Mr Sharad Pawar
Mr Sharad Pawaris has 10+ years of experience in the aviation industry. He served many DGCA Approved CAR-145, CAR-147 (Basic) CAR Sec-7 Flying Training Organization viz. Carver Aviation, SFA, IAE MRO etc. as a Senior Technician and Aircraft Maintenance Engineer. Currently, he is working as Workshop Maintenance Manager and Certified Aircraft Maintenance Engineer for IAE-MRO. He holds AME Licence for certification on Cessna 172 and Diamond DA42 Aircraft and its System.

Mr V. A. Antony has 58+ years of experience in the aviation industry, during this period he served many CAR-145 DGCA-approved organizations like HAL, BFC, Coimbatore Flying Club, Magnum Aviation, Southern Pilot Training Academy of Sha-Shib Group then Nano Aviation etc. Workshop Maintenance Manager, Aircraft Maintenance Engineer. Currently, he is working as a senior Certified Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (B2 AME) for Sha-Shib Groups’ MRO industry. He holds AME Licence for certification on Basant HA 31 MK-II, Cessna 152, Cessna 172, Dakota DC3 3, Eurocopter SA 316B, Hansa 3, IslanderBN-2T, Piper PA- 23 Aztec Thorp T211, VulcanairP68 Series etc.
Mr Bunty Biswas Singh
Mr Bunty Biswas Singh works as a Senior Aircraft Maintenance Engineer for International Aircraft Sales Pvt. Ltd., where he regularly practices his engineering and managerial skills. He holds Aircraft Maintenance Engineer’s License in B 1.2 category on Cessna 152 aircraft fitted with Continental & Lycoming engine series, issued by Directorate General of Civil aviation (DGCA), Govt. of India. He also holds NDT level II approval issued by DGCA. He has 41 years of extensive experience working in various DGCA-approved Flying Training Organizations, CAR145 MROs, and CAR -147 Institutions.

Mr. Nitesh Tiwari has 15+ years of experience in the aviation industry. During this tenure, he served many DGCA-approved CAR-145 and CAR-M Subpart G organizations viz. MP Flying Club, Bombay Flying Club, Wings Aviation Pvt. Ltd., ShaShib Flying Club, Wipro Infotech, ARDC-Jamshedpur etc. as a Continuing Airworthiness Manager, Aircraft Maintenance Engineer. Currently, he is acting as a certified Aircraft Maintenance Engineer for ShaShibs’ MRO industry. He holds AME Licence for Cessna/REIMS-Cessna 172/F172 Series, Vulcanair P68, PiperPA-34 Series in Cat B1.2.
Mr Atul Pandey
Mr Atul Pandey works as Deputy Workshop Maintenance Manager and Aircraft Maintenance Engineer for International Aircraft Sales Pvt. Ltd., where he regularly practices his engineering and managerial skills. He holds an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer’s License in B 2 category on Cessna 172, DA-40, DA-42 & Piper Seneca aircraft, issued by Directorate General of Civil aviation (DGCA), Govt. of India. He has ample experience of 12 years working in various DGCA-approved Flying Training Organizations, CAR- 145 MROs, and CAR -147 Institutions.
Mr P K Shrivastava
Mr P. K. Shrivastava has 37 years of experience in the aviation industry. During this tenure, he served in the Indian Air force for a period of 20 years and 17 years for many DGCA Approved Aircraft Maintenance engineering institutes viz. IAE-Bhopal, HAE-Pune etc. as an Instructor, Chief Instructor, and Training Manager. Currently, he is working as Training and Placement Cell HR of Sha-Shib Group and Training Manager for Hindustan Aerospace and Engineering Pune. He Holds many certifications for Training Aid of Aircraft Maintenance Engineering curriculum. He worked on Helicopter and Micro-light aircraft Chetak Cheetah, and Zen Air during his service in Indian Air Force.
Mr Swagat Prasad Das
Mr Swagat Prasad Das has 21+ years of experience in the aviation industry. During this period, he served many reputed organizations including DGCA, Govt. of India-approved CAR-147 (Basic) organization as a Professor, Program Coordinator, Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Instructor, and Training Manager. Currently, he is working as a Training Manager at Utkal Aerospace and Engineering-Bhubaneswar. He holds many certifications for Training Aid of Aircraft Maintenance Engineering curriculum.
Mr Manish Mishra
Mr Manish Mishra has 19+ years of experience in the aviation industry. During this period, He served many DGCA Approved CAR-145, CAR-147 (Basic) CAR Sec-7 Flying Training Organization viz. TAAL, Deccan Aviation as an instructor, Engineer, and Training Manager. He has Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Licence on Cessna Citation, ATR-42 aircraft. Currently, he is working as a Training Manager at the Academy of Aviation and Engineering, Bengaluru. He holds many certifications for training aid of the Aircraft Maintenance Engineering curriculum.

Currently, he is working as a Quality Manager at Utkal Aerospace and Engineering –Bhubaneswar base. He holds many certifications in Quality Assurance for DGCA-approved organizations.
